Applying for Parking
Academic Year
Important:
All students interested in parking for the academic year (September - April) must apply through the Parking Sale channel on PAWS prior to the application deadline listed below, including those registered to live in USask Residences.
Availability is limited.

This is a random selection and applying early does not ensure a better chance of being selected for a space.
Application Process
Eligibility
- You must have a valid NSID to complete the application in PAWS.
- You must be registered in at least one USask class or at an affiliated college by the application deadline.
- Only one permit per student.
Application
- Applications are accepted from May 1, 2026 - August 13, 2026 at 4:30 pm. During that period, applications may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
- Be sure to only select "Prince Albert Student Parking Lot" as your parking lot preference.
Purchasing your Permit
- After the sale you may pay for the permit online through the Parking Sale channel on PAWS.
- Students can pick up passes in PA Campus Atrium on August 26 and 27 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. either day. Alternate times can be arranged by emailing parking.pa@usask.ca
- A valid student card or current photo ID is required to pickup your permit.
Waitlist
Students who entered the Parking Sale and were not allocated a parking permit will automatically be added to a waitlist. Students on the waitlist will be contacted via their USask email address if a permit becomes available for them.
Ready to apply?
A $20.00 non-refundable application fee will be charged for all applications. If you wish to withdraw your application at any time, the fee still applies.
Winter Term Parking
If you require parking beginning in the Winter Term, please contact Parking and Transportation Services to see what permits are available.

Cancelling Parking
See our Permit Refund Policy for information about returning a parking permit.
Lost Permit
Lost or stolen permits have a replacement fee of $25.00. You must contact Parking and Transportation Services and fill out the necessary forms for replacement.
