Visitor Stall Reservation Request

Requests can be submitted to reserve one or more visitor stalls for special events, guests of honour, construction purposes, or for other purposes, at the discretion of Parking and Transportation Services. Please fill out the form below to request a meter hooding.

Stalls will be reserved the evening prior to the date requested.

We require one business day's notice prior to the date of the reservation.

If an unauthorized vehicle is parked in your reserved stall, please contact Parking and Transportation Services.

Rates

Full day: $40.00 + GST per stall

Half day (morning only): $20.00 + GST per stall

Stall number is shown on the post at each stall. If no number is entered, we will select the closest stalls available to the nearest building.

Stall(s) will be hooded the evening prior to the start date, and unhooded on the evening of the end date.
